comsol Failed to LiveLink for PTC Creo Parametric

Hi All,


I have installed LiveLink for PTC Creo Parametric.

On the Comsol model builder right click and LiveLink for PTC Creo Parametric. As i click on synchronize, an error report was appear:

The_Pro/ENGINEER_Livelink_bridge_dll_needs_to_be_disconnected.

please tell me how to repair this failure.
