matlab selection.set selects the wrong edges

Hi all,

I am using the selection.set function to make selection for some edges.
Plotting the geometry directly in matlab and also saving a mph file and
plotting in comsol gui shows some numbers associated with the edges.
I am selecting exactly those number through selection.set, but in mphnavigator
other entity numbers appear, so the solution of my problem is meaningless.

can someone help me?
